DISGRACEFUL COMPANY - AVOID!!!!!We were told a builders skip was £200 to keep as long as we needed. when we phoned to arrange collection, there was no record in the system then we were quizzed and questioned on who we knew in the company and WHY had we only paid £200 for the skip!!! I was told by a VERY RUDE woman on the phone that they would only collect the full skip IF we agreed to exchange it for a new one at an extra cost of £280!!! I needed the skip off my drive so agreed 2 her demands. Once this was full we exchanged again for ANOTHER £280 but today they just came and collected the skip, it was barely 1/3 FULL. we called to query this and was told tough as they'd already collected it. this company is a disgrace and a joke!!!!! how dare u make demands and threaten to not collect a skip we paid for, as requested, when we booked it. basically myself and my father have been spoken to like ABSOLUTE DIRT over and over again!off to another provider for a cheaper skip that WONT be collected before I'm ready for it to be!!!!!DISGRACEFUL COMPANY - AVOID!!!!!

Great service from the Blackpole Recycling team! Our last minute skip was delivered quickly and put exactly where we needed by the friendly driver!We had loads of questions about what we could put in the skip too and they were happy to help with lots of useful advice!
