Ashtanga Yoga Manchester

I can highly recommend Ashtanga Manchester. The teachers are amazing at both teaching and supporting students to learn and improve during every class.

What a fab place.. the ashtanga here.. especially Thursday mysore is the best in the whole of Manchester. The practise goes at your pace but is well guided and good adjustments given when needed. I have been to one of aga retreats and it was life altering.. highly reccomend..

I have been with this studio for nearly 6 years, I've tried others but always come back to this one. The atmosphere is beautiful, the teachers give the perfect adjustments , always seeming to know exactly what you need and the students are all lovely. I would never go anywhere else, teaching of this standard is hard to find and I so appreciate it being available in Manchester. At this stage in my practice I only visit Mysore style class, which at this studio is never too cramped. If you're thinking of starting, the beginners course they offer is truly excellent and at a great price. During busy courses there are always two teachers to adjust you as well, which is a real luxury! I've also been to a couple of Aga's retreats, one in the Lakes and one in Poland and they are of outstanding quality and great value, you come away with so much. Thank you Ashtanga Yoga Manchester!

Paid for a 6 week beginners course, arrived for the first week (22 June 2019) and there was no instructor. Have emailed and called organiser and had no response. Very disappointing.

I can not recommend this studio enough. The teachers are all incredible - in terms of their knowledge and their ability to recognise where you need support and how to help you progress in your practice. The class sizes are always good and if it is a busy session then there are always 2 teachers to make sure you get the attention you need for adjustments, safety and to help you progress. I always leave class feeling so at peace. I’ve been to several classes and studios in Manchester and around Greater Manchester and this is by far the best - highly recommended.

Too cramped. Too many people for the room. Didnt get any 1 on 1 attention i.e correcriom of form etc. Emailed asking for a refund. Was ignored.

Great teachers and very kind atmosphere. I definitely recommend!!!
