Do not buy from this shop. They promise one day and it turns to weeks. Nothing but lies. Sick of heating excuses and waiting. Avoid at all costs. Save yourself a headache and hearing a pack of lies. Very very disappointing

Poor quality products and even worse quality service. Liars and thieves Will take your money, deliver products that fall apart, and never do anything about it.

Very poor service, had issue with bed they promised to fix issue it’s now been 3 years still waiting and still no replacement, I would stay million miles away from these liars.

Stay away from Green Lane Furniture. They will scam you and leave you with products that fall apart. These guys sold me a £900 wardrobe that they fitted and within 4 months, its coming apart at the seams!All 3 sliding doors got jammed (and have had to be removed to access our clothes).One of the doors came cracked out of the box when they fitted it. And now, the wooden frame is chipped and cracking from the corners and literally pulling the frame apart. I informed the store owner, and they basically are slyly refusing to fix the dodgy product they sold me. (im part to blame as I overheard another customer complaining to them about an order and should've not done business with them).For weeks I've chased this smooth talking owner, who committed to appointments - that I missed work for - and when the time came didnt bother to even turn up or send someone. His literal excuses changed week to week: once who he had a boiler leak and couldnt turn up, and then next week was ill, the week after that his worker left, the week after that his worker didn't turn up to work, lol (its clear he is used to fobbing people off.Thats the type of business/person you're considering buying from here. My advice is to not reward them with your business.Poor customer service and professionalism.You've been warned.

Excellent place to buy furniture from, and have beautiful designs and excellent prices. I have bought my full house furniture from here and they have taken the furniture upstairs nd assembled it, instead of dumping it on the door step. Very helpful and Freindly people, I give them 5*

One worst customer service and lairs and I would not recommend them .. I bought sofa and it was damage.. poor quality and bad manners

Avoid this shop, they are liars and never deliver on time. Always changes the date of the delivery and makes false promises. The quality is not good.

Do not buy …..Show the good quality bed on display with inside storage but then installed wrong bed inside was hollow and only piece of thick mdf cardboard on floor of bed that lies on floor and not secured inside bed to put storage on and then want extra £80 for the one we were meant to have and did choose so I think they are greedy and scammers so double check and make sure you double check everything they say. There trying to sell the cheaper items at expensive prices. I would not go here for anything ever again …… be warned

Avoid if you can. Furniture is ok, not the best quality and guys comes across as very nice but once they have your money, the niceness ends. They’ve sent me cheaper mattresses to what i ordered and missed other items, only to deny it afterwards. Make sure you get everything written down on invoice, and don’t take their verbal promises

Very good shop. Lot of variety. Good customer service. Placed order for 2 beds.Received delivery of 2 beds. Arrived on time. Quick and fred delivery, including specialised fitting. Quality is really good.However ordered 2 more beda and delivery was delayed for 2 weeks and the customisation request was not fulfilled. We wanted small headboard and he made high one.HE DID SAME WITH MY BED WHERE I REQUESTED DEEP CURVE IN DEADBOARF DESIGN AND HE DIDNT DO IT.Plz dun request him to customise as he will say tat he will do it but he wont.Atotage bed has just a slimboard underneath and not a strong board.So i am quite disappointed. Hence dropping them from 5 to 2 star.Do not trust a word they say
