Booked uniform fitting slot online, preordered some uniform for primary aged child, senior school child was fitted out in store - all items in stock and we were out of shop within 20 minutes, was impressed- much improved from last year when the 10 minute slots made this a real challenge

I recently stumbled into Batemans Sports Shop, and I stumbled right out again. This place is like a scene straight out of a nightmare - a sports gear nightmare that is. I swear, if I ever saw a ghost, it would probably be wearing one of their sneakers.I was in the market for a new pair of basketball shoes, but all I found was a collection of shoes that would make even Michael Jordan roll over in his grave. The salesperson was no help either, they were busier trying to untangle a ball of laces than assisting customers.And don't even get me started on the prices. I thought I was in a time machine, because these prices were straight out of the Stone Age.So, if you're in the mood for a laugh and a shopping experience that will make you want to hide under your bed, Batemans Sports Shop is the place for you.

Went in to buy some running shoes as a first time runner. The woman behind the counter was incredibly helpful and patient as I did not know too much about it. Huge praise to her and would highly recommend if you need assistance as a novice in any sport
