A really lovely place to have some ramen! Tried their tonkutsu ramen and korean style fried chicken and amazed by their quality. Broth was rich, salty and full of tonkutsu flavour. They even have hair tie for ladies to tie their hair up cause Eating ramen sometimes can be a messy business." said the owner of this ramen shop. Peeled garlic in fresh water so you can crush it into the soup to have a even richer broth. Fantastic dine-in experience

Loved the location but the food was below expectations. The place is absolutely beautiful so much you will forget to be in London city centre. Unfortunately the food wasn’t matching that Japanese experience. It was quite average and not really authentic in the way it was prepared. I was particularly disappointed by the ramen noodles choice. Quite cheap, thin and not at all what you would get in a Japanese ramen soup.

Was served by Dani and Anthony who were both excellent at their job! Anthony deserves a promotion because of how polite and experienced he was at serving me and managing his customers! With my experience as a restaurant manager myself these boys are both excellent! And give Dani a raise!

I was debating to dine at Tonkotzu or here, and I'm happy I chose this place.I came in at about 2pm, so it was not too crowded. However, I was arranged at a cramp and narrow corner, which made it difficult to place my luggage plus a tool case.I hope the waiter/waitress can be more attentive in the future regarding seating customers. Apart from that, waiter/waitress were friendly and cheerful.Food came fast and I was not disappointed. Portion is on the smaller side, but sufficient for me. Taste-wise was definitely 5 stars, with many pieces of Chashu that was just the right taste and texture.Best thing was the garlic and garic presser!! This part made the restaurant stand out compare to any other ramen place.Toilet is unfortunately way too dark (which gave an unclean vibe) and the urinal smell is very strong. So I deducted some point in the Ambient category.

Bustling! This restaurant has excellent food and a great atmosphere. Meals are hot and filling, and staff are friendly and careful (we have an odd allergy in the group, so they checked over the ingredients before the meal). Spicy meals are actually spicy and you can add to your meal as you go. Pretty busy so may want to call ahead of time to check seating availability, or if you are alright with sitting/ eating outside there is usually room under the covered patio. Happy eating :)

Tables are sticky; small plates, soup spoons and glasses are visible with grease. One staff gave me a long face after I politely told her that we want the rest of our orders taken away. She just walked away and came back to our table with take away boxes without even saying any single word! The foods are too salty to our liking. Overly price for poor quality and quantity foods. I wouldn’t recommend and will definitely not coming back.

The food here is pretty good, and the location is also nice. The service leaves a lot to be desired though. Mostly staff who don’t care at all and never smile to the customers. …and the heavy metal music is not to everyone’s liking. But might return at some point for the food.

I got a fried chicken ramen and it was lovely but the batter on the chicken did get soggy unfortunately. Not too much else on the menu that catered to my taste. Got extra mushroom in my ramen though which was so delicious. You can also get a bib to wear to avoid splashes of broth to your clothes which is always handy.Ordered a green tea as well which is unlimited refills, however the tea comes in a ceramic cup that absorbs the heat of the drink so it was virtually impossible to hold the cup or drink the tea because you would just burn your lips and tongue. Had to wait ages for the cup to cool down with the tea and only managed to drink one cup during the entire time we were there, so didn’t get one refill. Almost seems like they do this on purpose to avoid refills because if you stay there for each refill to cool down you’d be there all day.Would advise to switch to different mugs and even different bowls as they are the same ceramic material so absorb the heat of the ramen broth. The poor servers seem to struggler bringing the hot bowls to the table. Doesn’t seem like easy work. All servers were lovely tho, and food is reasonably priced.
