I have worked with Alex the manager at surecare. She is a very kind and caring person. And her care is second to none, we used to do all the doubles together and I could not of wished to work with a more caring lady. Her approach to person centred care is exemplary and she is a credit to the care industry, she personifies exactly what and how care should be given in the home. Her problem solving is excellent and nothing is to much trouble for her, she approaches any issue with 100 % professionalism and will not stop intil it is solved.Alex was my manager and I couldn't of wished for a better manager. She always had time to listen and was always on hand to help and give solid advice. Surecare colchester and braintree are in exceptional hands with Alex.
