Fantastic service and such a nice treat to have. Opening the back door and stepping into a lovely bubbly hot tub was amazing on a sunny day and cheered me up when it was a miserable day! Will 100% be using Thames Valley Tubs again. set up and removal was so quick and hassle free. A really professional and friendly company and I can't wait to hire again as I have really missed having the tub since it's been gone. 10/10, 5* service!

I needed a bell tent for a festival where I massaged. Found other quotes that almost put me off doing it as they were too high, but TVT had a very reasonably priced options, the communication with them was easy and swift, they even threw in a few wooden boxes, wicker baskets and bunting for no extra cost. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better service, if I ever need a bell tent in the area, I'm going straight to them. Thank you!

This was the most amazing set and and made our weekend.I planned my sisters bachelorette and we wanted to be in the comfort of our home with spa vibes.We booked the movie package and it was perfect, we watched movies under the stars in the hot tub and enjoyed it in the day time with the bubbles too!The customer service and communication was incredible, they told us the timing they would deliver and pick up and stuck to it. They sent me instructions and video on how to care for the tub.They responded to my questions over the weekend no matter what time and we're very nice.The price is great for what you get. Will definitely be using them again!

Amazing company. Even when they were running late due to a breakdown (which they couldn't realistically control), they let me know immediately and were only an hour or two late.A video was provided to explain how to clean and check the water, alongside an explanation given by the guy who dropped it off.The set up and pick up were very efficient. If you follow all the instructions (especially before they collect), they're in and out in 15.The hot tub was great, controls easy to use and the movie package is well worth it. Overall, two big thumbs out to Brad and Becky (and anyone else on the team).

We had the idea of hiring a hot tub over the new year period and we found Thames valley tubs just up the road who also had a hot tub of the size we needed (6-8). Good price considering it’s peak time, quick and efficient set up and pack away. Couldn’t fault the customer service! We had an error with the pump on New Year’s Eve (turned out to be user error on my part!!) and they were super helping to troubleshoot and sort the issue despite it being NYE. Will be using again!

Thames Valley Tubs provided an amazing experience. I booked this last minute for a big birthday, for just the 4 of us. Great communication and they gave me a 2hr window for delivery and collection of the tub. Thames Valley Tubs delivered and set up the tub and were quick to respond to messages and were on the phone if I needed any help with anything. A really great experience with this company and will definitely be using them again! Missing the tub already ♥️

Becky and the team are amazing! From start to finish Becky was quick to respond to any questions that we had at any time of the day. Always feel like you are looked after. Brad takes care of setting up the hot tub so you can sit back and relax. Can’t fault anything about the whole experience and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about using them

Service was spot on from reservation through to delivery and collection. The packages are great value for money and we enjoyed having a private cinema in our back garden which we could watch from hot tub! Dreams do come true. Highly recommend and already looking forward to booking our next.

We hired a hot tub as a belated birthday treat (although worked as a Father’s Day treat too) and it’s been amazing. Becky and brad have been excellent with contact and installation and the cost was fair, especially as we had to pay for delivery as we’re well outside the main delivery area. Distancing and protection was adhered to brilliantly. Book well in advance as it gets busy! Highly recommended!

Cannot thank Becky and the team enough for making my daughters birthday such a wonderful weekend! They were so helpful and friendly and amazing value for Money! We LOVED the cinema experience and the chocolate fountain, Can’t wait to find an excuse to do it all again! Thank you
