Have never heard of this company or website before but a decent offer came up on Facebook and I couldn't resist! 1.750 kilos of pick n mix sweets all chosen by me turned up a few days later. Nothing bad to say and would definitely use again!

Have ordered twice from sweetzy first time got the movie night in box, and got to choose the sweets in it, second time ordered a bundle deal with lots of sweets un it also ordered a mystery box which had 3 bags of sweets in. Even got given a reference code to use and will definately be ordering from them again.

Wasn't overly keen on the sweets, I had a fairly big variety over 2, 1kg bags. I had used another company previously and thought I'd shop around as it was a new venture ordering sweets online. I thought the sweets I had received were not as fresh and in some cases very cheap versions of what I thought I had purchased. On value for money it was good but only because of an offer deal had at the time.

Sweetzy what a company. Excellent service fast delivery and a taste sensation.All I can say is the selection of sweets is great the bundles and deals are excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.I am now away to feast on my pick and mix.Thank you sweetzy

Ordered 12 tubs for my sweety cart at our wedding, absolutly delighted with the order. Ordered on the 3rd of july and they have arrived already. Fab service, we will order again for birthdays as you get a great deal. Items ordered were from the 4 tubs for £19.99. Excellent value for the money.Thank you to the Team at Sweetzy.

I ordered a sweet bundle asking for a particular sweet which made up the majority of the whole sweet order.Upon receiving my order which did arrive in good time I could see immediately that the sweets which made up three quarters of my order weren't there and instead had been replaced by a sweet which I didn't want.I could understand that they wouldn't be able to tell each customer individually every time an item was out of stock, but it should be a simple matter to update the website if an item happened to be out of stock so all customers weren't being misled into what they were ordering.After spending a good deal of money at Sweetzy during the last 6 months I was disappointed to find that what I ordered hadn't arrived.Customer service was uninterested to the point of rudeness and had no intention of keeping the customer happy. I shall no longer be using Sweetzy.

Ok I’m giving two stars as I have had lots of lovely orders in past but most recent order I wouldn’t even give a star too. Their pic’n’mix is lovely, buy it!But my husband got me 3 of the 1kg bags of sweetzone sweets as a gift. God they are vile. I had pink and blue bottles as I love them in the pic’n’mix. The 1kg bags though are a completely different sweet. Taste hideous like perfume. Taste the same as the ones you get in a giant tub from b&m. I’m gutted. Also took ages to come.Don’t buy the sweetzone bags. Cheap and nasty flavour. Poor quality.

Terrible customer service! No wonder these guys have a bad rep. Ordered a ultimate pack as it said that I would receive another 1kg pouch free with a code. I purchased this and at checkout decided to use 3 quid worth of points I had accumulated and because of that they didn't send me the Free 1kg. Speaking to customer services they are less than helpful and didn't care. Last time I order from them, plenty of other cheaper shops on tik tok shop

OK credit where credit it due. I first ordered sweets from another company decided to look else where as my order was late under stocked me an no customer service... Sweetzy were something else quick delivery great customer service better sweets don't disappoint yourself by shopping else where.. if you want what you pay for and more these are your company
