Maple Kitchens & Bathrooms

As a family we were very happy to find Shane and Maple Kitchens and Bathrooms as a local firm. We needed to refurbish the bathroom in our elderly mother's house as her outdated facilities no longer met her changing needs. Shane helped us navigate all the safety requirements, listened to our queries and provided excellent answers to shape the design. His project management was exemplary. We also very much appreciated the standard of work carried out and the happy relationship with the very personable workman who problem solved well and strove to deliver a finish we were very pleased with. We got a new bathroom from Maple and we couldn’t be happier.After having a couple of leaks in our bathroom, Shane provided a quote and helped us with our insurance claim.The work was well organised and the workmanship of the contractor Darek was fantastic.The results speak for themselves and we’re thrilled with the end result.

Right from the start to the end Shane was with us all the way. He made sure we had everything. Any mid changes we needed they were sorted there and then. No delays, right on time. Quality at it's best. Finishing superb. Highly recommended!

Great from the get go. Shane came over and provided us with helpful advice before giving us a free quote. As the initial quote was over our budget, Shane was flexible and happy to offer us the same products at a lower overall price and was able to fit us in within a couple of weeks of agreeing this.The fitters were also great and very friendly. They fitted the whole new bathroom including walls and ceilings in a week (and in time for Christmas) and overcame a few unexpected issues without them becoming bigger problems.We are very pleased with the completed work. Shane and his team were even happy to come back at short notice to fix a couple of slight imperfections where a bit of the sealant around the bath had split slightly.We would definitely recommend them. If you want a bathroom that is well finished, in a reasonable time frame, by operatives who care about the job they do, avoid Maple at all costs. The photos included are their second attempt to finish the job. The bath is not sealed, the bath panel is not fitted properly, they tried to silicon over the first rough attempt. The sink is leaking AGAIN. Then Shane will demand final payment off you months later despite having left you like this for 10 months. I feel depressed every time I look at it.

We contacted Shane desperately needing a project to start at three weeks notice, to fit two new bathrooms in my mum's house while she was away for a few weeks in care home respite. Shane moved mountains to fit us into his programme. He rapidly produced very serviceable designs for us, largely based around what parts were practically available on short order. his team were a pleasure to deal with and did an excellent job.

Shane, the owner, went out of his way to help us out when our first bathroom fitter went awol after ripping out our bathroom, leaving it empty. Shane sent over a lovely man called Ronny to tile, do our flooring and fit our new bathroom for us. Ronny was extremely meticulous, polite & hard-working. He asked questions as he went along to check that he was doing everything in accordance with our wishes. After 3 months with no bathroom, Ronny finished the refit in 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier! Thank you so much! ❤️

Shane’s service was first class. From the moment I met Shane I felt comfortable. There was zero pressure. He literally designed my bathroom for me and listened to what look I was trying to achieve. I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.

This was my first experience with Maple kitchens and bathrooms after it was recommended to me by my kitchen fitter. I don't regret a slightly and would buy again from Shane if needed.Unlike the major kitchen retail store, Shane was happy to help and replied to my enquiries. I was truly amazed that he doesn't charge extra for tall units and that he didn't force us to get appliances from him. I love our new kitchen and so does my Mrs and we really enjoy it every day.
