Probably the best tailored service I have encountered. They literally did everything they could to help even delayed delivery twice! Couldn't be more efficient or courteous. Back pain gone after a week with the new mattress. Big thank you to all the staff.

The Rudest customer service I have ever encountered.Will never recommend or use.I went in to look at some mattresses with my wife and kids a man came out and took us in they had about 10 beds on display and we was deciding which one to buy as we made our decision. This is when it all went downhill a woman came in tells me to “Move” as I was standing next to the bed we was interested in then she Rudely asks us What do you want, what is your budget, are going to buy? At this point I was surprised due to all the good reviews about this place. So I ask her if she’s alright and is there a problem? Her response was “I have customers to deal with ( there was two other ladies) so I said carry on and deal with them first she did not like that. I asked for her name so l can speak with the manager she told us to leave so we went out and asked for manager at the reception and he was not interested in what we was saying. To be honest this was the most unprofessional establishment I’ve been to, there are ways in dealing with customers if you want them.I have three businesses two in hospitality and a small engineering company. If any of my employees were to behave in this manner to anyone I would surely have them removed.

Ordered X2 beds and they were delivered and assembled within 5 days. Communication from the day we ordered was great. Overall great experience with park lane beds. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Purchased mattress from a retailer who has now closed down. After less than a year you can feel the springs, and the top fabric is pilling. I called Park Lane beds (as retailer no longer trading) and met with a brick wall. They would not stand by their own product. All sorts of excuses and unhelpful lip". Very unpleasant and unsatisfactory way of dealing with consumer. I would not touch with a bargepole based on this experience of both the product and aftercare."

what a wonderful experience at park lane beds i was surprised with no pushy sales people, they let me look around carefree and when asked about certain things they knew what they were selling needless to say i was very impressed and purchased 4 beds and the mattress that he said would suit my bad back works wonders i enjoy my sleep after ages.
