Raquel is incredibly professional and great to deal with. She created a comprehensive and detailed report of the house we were buying and supported us all the way. It's strange that there are new reviews here but look the company up on checkatrade.com

Raquel was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond for our homebuyers survey, calling me the day before to discuss our concerns and also on the day of the survey to talk through her findings. Report was very detailed, and all for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Can't speak highly enough of Raquel and team. Her survey was extremely thorough and clear, beyond what we were expecting for the price. And she has been incredibly patient and supportive in talking us through the implications and options. As first-time buyers this has been invaluable and it really feels like she's on our side. This combination of patience, professionalism and personal support has been like gold dust in a messy, complex process with few easy answers. 10/10 on Checkatrade and 5/5 on Google is entirely justified, I can't imagine another surveyor doing it better.
