We booked an all inclusive holiday and the process was very easy. We was informed of every option available to us and time was taken to explain the locations and options we had. Every question we had was answered and there was no sales pressure put onto us so the store could get a booking.Unfortunately we had a slight issue in which we had made a mistake when booking (OUR FAULT NOT THE STORES), but Jamie the manager helped us solve this with no problem at all. He was honestly fantastic!Great store, great team and an overall fantastic service!

My TUI holiday was absolutely wonderful and I just want to thank Peter of the stratford store for organising and making my birthday holiday to Cancun one to remember for life. The hotel was absolutely amazing and the destination was so good. Everything went well, and was five star indeed. I will definitely be using Tui again and recommend Peter to organise your next holiday especially for all inclusive holidays as he is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much x

Booked a holiday through TUI Westfield for the second time as we were really impressed last year with the customer service and also the holiday itself. We were so pleased to see Peter again at the Stratford Westfield branch. He is so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He was happy to liaise with hotels to check if they could accommodate our family's needs in relation to rooms and accessibility. With everything going digital it is good to know that there are still TUI branches open with friendly staff like Peter to talk to you face to face and answer all your questions.

Visited the store Westfied Stratford 16th March 2023 and was served by Micha. She was very helpful, respectful & polite!Needless to say we booked and had a wonderful caribbean holiday. We recieved everything that was promised from start to finish. No complaints here!

Emily from the Stratford branch was SO helpful. After weeks of a lot of back and fourth over the phones with other advisors, me and my partner decided to go into the store and Emily really went above and beyond. Emily was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were able to sort out what we needed to and now look forward to our holiday. Customers retained because of Emily!

Great customer service immediately from when I walked in. Was served be Nesbeit who put together a holiday package for me. She was very patient and took into account all of my requests to create a perfect holiday deal. Very personable and friendly. Great experience! Definitely would book from this branch again.
