Lancashire DAF

So far so good which the parts dept, always had everything I have needed for a 12 year old DAF, backed up by a friendly service

I give your technicians 101% and very friendly, helpfull...somehow ended up for a pint with three of the techs!

Good customer service

Probably the most helpful Test lane, but id avoid the parts department, Richard the actual parts manager isn’t helpful at all, very rude and quick to judge

9hrs in there,did they fix the handbrake No did they fix the airleak No they did a software update turned eco mode off could I get my dinner No did they have heating on No did they give excuse after excuse yes they have your money but don't give a monkeys for after sales absolutely appalling customer service. Where else would customer service be tolerated like this if you had been left in a freezing cold room No food no idea what's going on then totally ignored about the problem ie needs a road test with loaded trailer on I know we will take it unit only absolutely appalling customer service No apology just people telling me don't expect to be here less than 5 hours and don't come on Monday because there is overspill from weekend and don't come on Friday because it will take to longIF ITS DUTCH ITS NOT MUCH EXCEPT THE PRICE TAG

Slightly biased view as we have just been supplied 2 new LFs by them. We have been well looked after by Matt the sales manager, after sales service could be better, but most dealers are the same these days, this is being addressed though. All in all a positive experience and as helpful as they could be under testing circumstances.

Conveniently located just off the M6, friendly staff who go out of there way to ensure your truck service is carried out well and in a timely fashion, with option of courtesy van if required.
