We had such a good experience with Jacks and Jones when they sold our flat. They did a good job of marketing the property with great photos and a cool virtual tour (for no extra cost), helping us sell within a matter of weeks. They were super helpful and nothing was a problem despite them being busy. They got us a good price and really helped the sale go through smoothly. We had awful experiences with a number of other local corporate agents, so having Jacks and Jones was a breath of fresh air! A big thank you to Ellie!

We used Jack and Jones to sell my late mother's house. They were always vey professional and very caring. Having been with another local agent for 6 months and had a very bad experience, we moved to Jack and Jones and they were so proactive with the property that they managed to get us the offerwe were looking for within the first week of them managing it. Ellie was fantastic during the whole process keeping us updated and moving the sale along. I would definitely recommend using them and when I am ready to buy my next property they will be the first agent I visit!

We have just purchased our first home through Jacks & Jones. We viewed properties with other popular estate agents too but nothing compared to Ellie's viewings, she was personable, friendly and made us feel really comfortable (and not rushed) each time. Couldn't fault the service we received from Jacks and Jones. As an executor sale Tim and Ellie were at all times considerate of the emotional side of the sale, whilst remaining friendly and professional. We were kept informed at all times and at no time were put under any pressure to proceed at a pace that wasn't comfortable for us. Highly recommended.

Over the moon with Jacks & Jones estate agents, having just sold my house for the full asking price. Other agents valued my property to be worth less but Tim was confident we could get that bit more and we did thanks to his skillful negotiation!
