The company is completely automated and has no human contact. The taxi arrived 20 minutes early (which can be a good thing, but it's better to be prepared...), the price seemed a bit steep, I was forced to pay in cash, and the driver didn't even have the extra money to give me what I needed! I won't be using this company again.

I've used Data Cars for journeys to the airport several times and although there have been some hitches (driver arriving late or not finding my address) overall I've always had a pleasant experience with polite helpful drivers hence my using them repeatedly. When they have arrived late they have been apologetic and made every effort to get me to the airport on time. Otherwise when they have arrived early and they call and wait patiently for me to come out.

Booked a minicab through the app, paid for it using Apple Pay, 30 minutes later I get a text it has been cancelled without explanation. Throughout this time they were still assigning me a driver. I was charged for a cab that didn’t even know they were picking me up let alone show/pick me up. 3rd time this has happened this year. Will no doubt get my money back again after a phone call and three days but I’m now having to use a professional reliable company in Uber who I’ve always tried to avoid

Absolutely brilliant! We always use Data Cars for all airport journeys as the prices are very competitive. This time we had a 28 hour delay and they were marvellous at making all the adjustments we needed to make (3 different time changes altogether!) and they were super helpful, polite and put our anxious minds at rest at no extra cost

I've asked to help assistance from my upstairs flat because I have pain in my leg on booking but the driver nust sitting in his car using horn in residential area. He was still taking on his phone and I had to ask to cut off. He didn't know my destination, car was dirty, had to pay by cash. I had bad experience before if I wasn't in pain I wouldn't have used.

Furious with Data Cars! I was completely let down by them. I booked a return airport trip with them and they didn’t turn up to collect me Al from the airport as booked. My flight landed at 1am and they didn’t turn up! It took numerous phone calls to establish that no car had even been sent. I had to use an airport taxi to get home which cost me more than double. I sent an official complaint and received no response. I am so angry at the way I was treated. No compensation or apology. Will not be using this company again!!!

Would like to give more as the driver was really fantastic, nice, polite, smartly dressed. Ordered using the app, waited for about 10 mins to allocate me a driver then got an automated phone call telling me the booking was cancelled. Called back assured them I didn't cancel and had to re book over phone. When I got in the taxi, asked about payment as it was meant to be by card, driver told me it was cash I had to pay good job I had enough on me!! I didn't even have the option of card or cash when I spoke with an operator?

Its not for all the cab drivers but most of the drivers are very rude. I work for people with dementia and they take time to get into the cab and to get off. It has happened before and happened in today’s ride too. Please ask your drivers to have patience while the passengers are getting on the cab.

Extremely let down by this company!!! It’s nearly 1am and I’m stranded with 3 of my friends due to this company. Had a pre paid taxi for 11:45pm and the taxi simply hasn’t turned up. When pre booking you would expect prompt arrival for the time of booking!!! When calling to ask where the taxi is the woman on the phone wasn’t very helpful at all and just said all drivers were busy!!!! No attempt to try and get a driver to come. Avoid this company at all costs!! Not trustworthy or reliable, especially when talking your money in advance. Will be using other more reliable firms in future. Absolutely disgusting response and failure to provide the service they agreed to.
