Connells have been really helpful and very accommodating to my partner and I. I don't know if I'm allowed to mention names, but in particular Natalia and Luke were extremely supportive the whole time we were with them. I'll let you know, we were quite a handful as customer, but they were patient with us, helped us resolve our initial issues with our tenancy, and then helped us move in to a new flat. All I can say is that we are more than happy to stick with Connells, as they have always moved mountains to make sure that we were as comfortable as possible. I honestly can't fault them at all.

Five stars for Mortgage advisor Alicia Hunter. Top-class service always responded to my queries and questions from start to finish. Always there to get you the best deals from the market. I will recommend friends and family to her without any doubt.

I cannot recommend Ryan Blake from Connells enough! From day one he has been amazingly professional and extremely prompt to dealing with and handling all correspondences promptly as promised.Ryan is someone who you can fully trust with your information. He will ensure you are kept up to date throughout the day making sure the process runs smooth and easy.He is a pleasure talking to as he truly listens and understands concerns making his top priority to put your worries at rest.I wish others are equally as lucky as me to get appointed Ryan Blake at Connells as your estate agent!

Absolutely brilliant experience with Mike Howley, Gary and Zoe who successfully sold my house within 2 weeks of signing the paperwork! After struggling with another estate agent prior to moving to Connells I'd already decided that I was happy to pay a little more second time round and it was worth every penny, the service they provided from taking the photographs to actively promoting the property to arranging the viewings and helping negotiate the final price was absolutely superb! I'd wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone.

We have had a brilliant experience right from day 1 and more than recommend Connells - Adrian came to our property to discuss the process of selling and valuing the property. We then spoke to confirm our agreement to sell and put the house on the market. We were very happy with the valuation and believe it was a good and fair price! Adrian was very friendly, professional and helpful answering all our questions with no trouble and clearly explaining every part of the process. Our house sold within the week of going live after viewings on a Saturday morning of which again Adrian was very accommodating and clear with what the process was. Communication was phenomenal by Adrian We always felt clearly informed and knew exactly what was happening at all times. All staff have been really kind and polite when calling up too and messages given to Adrian, I always got a call back and never had to chase up. Ben Bushell was excellent for us, we’ve used and spoken with other agents and companies; none of them even compared to the service we received from Ben.He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and offered great advice where needed. We gained an instant rapport which is vital and we really felt that Ben was looking out for our best interests at all times.
