Lovely yoga space in Horfield, the class is nice, small enough and relaxed for all capabilities. Kate is just lush and tries to include babies into the yoga practice as much as possible. There is a total understanding that babies frequently don't conform to plans and theres no expectations that babies will be quiet and sleeping. She will even offer baby cuddles for unsettled babes so you can get a bit of yoga in.

I found Kate's pregnancy yoga classes both enjoyable and excellent preparation for birth. Each session starts with information about a pregnancy related topic and this is very useful and reassuring. I found I used the knowledge a lot and also it prompted me to look things up further and get the right information on my birth plan ( a midwife said mine was good and that was because of the class!) The hello circle is a nice opportunity go get to know others and its a welcoming community. The yoga itself, Kate is a very clear instructor with a calming voice and breathing techniques I learnt were definitely handy.I really recommend Kate's pregnancy yoga. She's so supportive. Thanks Kate!

My favourite part of my pregnancy journey was coming to Kate’s yoga class every Monday and tuning into my body and my baby.I became pregnant during the pandemic and felt really excited but also quite anxious and isolated, so around week 23 I signed up to yoga feeling apprehensive that I wouldn’t be able to keep up but told myself to try it anyway..Kate tailors her classes to cater to all abilities/needs and encourages you to listen to your body. I always felt incredible after her classes and I got through pregnancy pretty much ache and pain free (despite carrying a 10lb baby)!I feel so incredibly lucky to have had Kate as a yoga instructor and I would really urge anyone to come along to this class, it has been absolutely magical.

Kate’s pregnancy yoga class is awesome. I’m not a yoga person, but I really enjoyed my classes throughout pregnancy! Each week focused on a different pregnancy/baby topic and involved a group chat about any issues that week, on top of the yoga, breathing techniques and relaxation exercise. It really helped me prepare for labour and birth as well as giving me a group of mummas for support after the babies arrive! Thank you for everything Kate :)

Through Kate's yoga classes I gained confidence throughout my pregnancy and was informed for the birth of my baby boy. The Whats App group created after all our babies were born has been invaluable. Kate is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, down to earth.

I LOVED Kate’s class.Went throughout my third trimester and as well as being the calm highlight of my week, it helped with the many discomforts of the end of pregnancy which Kate would personalise each person’s experience to help with. There’s a focus on empowerment for birth to help prepare for all eventualities which was great for mental preparation. My partner and I also did a 1:1 prep class with Kate at home that really got us in the zone a couple of weeks before birth and I would highly recommend.X

Kate has been brilliant all the way through my pregnancy. Helping and supporting with any pain in hips, IT band etc. This has helped with sleep and keeping more flexible and fit during pregnancy. Kate is very knowledgeable about birth and can help you have a positive view on any birth you have planned. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable but also very lovely and friendly. Also, she connected me with Liz who helped with physio. If you need a weekly pick me up or just some me time, this is the place for you! Highly recommend.

I thoroughly recommend Kate's pregnancy yoga classes, absolutely one of my favourite parts of my pregnancy. Her classes are filled with useful information for pregnancy and birth, and the time to share experiences with each other was just lovely. I really miss the wonderful group of women and the support everyone gave each other. The yoga helped my pregnancy to be so positive, it was a really special time to connect with my body and my baby, while learning poses and breathing techniques to help with pregnancy pains and labour. Thank you Kate! Xx

I attended Kate's pregnancy yoga class during most of my 2nd and all of my 3rd trimester and did her online videos every other day in the last few weeks of pregnancy. I really enjoyed both and I think they did me a lot of good both emotionally and physically. I didn't do any yoga before pregnancy but I'm now looking forward to getting back to yoga and will start with Kate's mum and baby yoga as soon as I can.

I joined Kate’s pregnancy yoga class when I was about 16 weeks pregnant. The format tends to be: Kate talking through a pregnancy, birth or postnatal topic, a ‘hello circle’, yoga followed by yoga nidra (a kind of guided meditation).Attending regularly has meant I already feel very well informed about my options and preferences around pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period either from Kate’s talks or from books / resources she’s recommended in class. I’m a lot more confident and informed going into midwife appointments and antenatal classes are more of a ‘refresher’ of topics I’ve already heard about rather than learning about them for the first time. The yoga is gentle and very relaxing. She takes into account any aches and pains of attendees and always gives alternative poses if you struggle with something. After the yoga nidra I always have an amazing night’s sleep too which is brilliant when sleep is irregular in the third trimester! The hello circle gives you a great opportunity to get to know other ladies due around the same time as you too!I’d highly recommend Bloom Yoga and look forward to doing mum and baby yoga with Kate too.Thank you, Kate!
