Very poor experience. Service and people used to be good/nice but the past week has been frustrating.Unfortunately, lots of time and petrol wasted with multiple trips (which never used to be the case) but maybe they are overwhelmed with the schools returning back tomorrow.Hopefully, the service gets better as this is the only nearby store which stocks my children's uniform.Hoping others have a much better experience!

I get our kids school uniform from here. Apart from the email notifications going in my junk from time to time (so double check once you've ordered!)Always had great service, I got a quick reply to sizing query and it was spot on, they even seemed super patience when I had covid over the holidays and I thought I might not be able to collect and I could change to delivery.

Have ordered my childrens uniform from here for years and have never had any issues. This year I ordered the wrong colour PE tshirt, Zak and Zoe quickly sorted it even though it was my fault! Thy are always quick to prepare and send a notification that uniform is ready for collection. Never had any issues.
