Yoga with Tracey

Great yoga tuition from Tracey, leaves me nourished, calm and ready to face the world! Excellent.....

I’ve been to 3 of Tracey’s sessions now, and find the classes to be very enjoyable yet relaxing. Tracey is great at explaining postures and practices and the reasons behind them too, which I love. There’s also room to go deeper or to reduce the stretches to suit beginner to the more advanced as well as injuries and conditions. She’s very knowledgeable and I love Her vibe too… look forward to the next class. Thanks M x
