Not the first time ordering with them but getting a bit frustrated with ordering food and not receiving what I ordered.I order same thing always, a salad with specific ingredients, amongst them always Spinach - never got the spinach, always missing at least 2-3 ingredients from a 1 salad order - come on now Subway, how hard can it be? I don't usually bother to complain but this is now 3rd time I ordered a salad and ingredients missing from it. Will not be using online ordering with Firth Park in the future. Thanks.

Absolutely terrible service ordered with just eat , only received 2 6 inch subs instead of footlong subs , they didn't answer the phone after 20 minutes of trying and just eat wanted pictures of everything to try and resolve the issue Absolute joke of a shop !

They need to not rush. I KNOW THEY ARE TRTING TO PLEASE CUSTOMERS. but they can wait and stop shuffling. I have a go at customers who huff and puff. Get the app and pre order then.

Increasingly bad serviceCan not make a subway to safe their life. Constantly scrimping on toppings like cheese and salads. Also toke too long to make the sandwiches. I’m constantly having to say things like can you add four slices and more meat and salad. Terrible

Ordered 3 meal deals all same cheese and toasted with sauce, 3 bags of Doritos, 3 choccy cookies… turned up, no cheese, so sauce.. 3 bags of ready salted and 3 white cookies. Came an hour late too. Wouldn’t pay this lot in Monopoly money. Never again.
