Great for providing help and information on housing services. Customer service is reasonable, waiting times (before lockdown) were not bad compared to some other cities. The website is up to date and there's reasonable communication.Although, they often appear understaffed. It would be nice to see them employ more black people.

Waste of time, absolutely don't care if people are struggling and need help with accommodation. Keep sending you emails asking about more and more documents. This just to make sure your application is going to be cancelled. Ridiculous. Worst council in the Uk.

I have complete a form in janaury 2021, which got lost in the post so i had to start all over again. Today i spoke a nice lady who helped me complete everything over phone. She was very supportive and patience with me while i was give information to her.

The website itself is standard, would be better if the options to bid were more assessable on the website as some people might not know how to find them and for more pictures of the properties so you aren't just bidding for no reason.

Coventry City council must be truly corrupt to the core. There is clearly a huge housing crisis yet student accommodation is built left right and centre, estates go up all over the city yet numerous families are living on top of each other in overcrowded and properties in disrepair. There must be backhands going on as this has been a Coventry problem for years. I'm disabled and had my account wiped off the system. They then told me I've never had a homefinder account even thought they originally housed me. It's ridiculous

I live with my former husband ,who is alcholic . I have to stay in one bedroom bungalow ,with person who verbaly and physically abuse me ,i am 68 years. . I ask to change my band 4 , and give to me chance to normal live . Homefinder answer to me , no we can't to change your band , you are not only person in queue . Thank you Homefinder , very polite answer .
