Brought a boat via WLBB in summer 2020. The delivery date was delayed by two months during which time we repeatedly had to chase WLBB for updates, often being promised a return call which never materialised. We found their communication to be lacking throughout the process, and on a couple of occasions they were incredibly rude to us.

What a fantastic company to deal with!I’d like to congratulate Anita and Jim on a completely flawless service,which began with in depth help at the design stage of my widebeam and culminated in the delivery of my beautiful new home right to my mooring.They have been amazing every step of the way,including sorting out a factory visit during the build stage and also providing help with finding companies for transportation,craning in and also the skippering.Anita has also been instrumental in helping to chase up a couple of loose ends that needed sorting and this was dealt with both promptly and professionally.I can’t thank them both enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of doing the same.

Book advertising but then can't or dont want to pay for it, personally, if you do decide to use this company, make sure you pay any money AFTER work is done or for goods incase they owe others money!

For several months now we have been scouring the internet for information regarding our proposed boat purchase. When the time came for us to start physically looking at boats we contacted several local (and not so local) companies. The response from all of them was great but we visited WLBB on Saturday and the reception we received was second to none. Our questions were answered frankly and fully, the information we gained was priceless and even though we took up 3 hours of their time there was no hard sell, no feeling of being rushed and nothing was too much trouble.You can't always believe what you read on the internet, and we chose to ignore previous reviews and put WLBB to the test. They passed with flying colours and we will definitely be going back once finances are sorted. Well done WLBB. Good old fashioned customer service :-)

Great experience have been enjoying living on my new widebeam since last December. Anita was very helpful to me with all the questions I had. I would highly recommend this company if your thinking about buying your widebeam from here.

Jim and Anita were spot when I purchased my boat considering we are in this pandemic and I get to view the boat and with the knowledge they share and contacts they have given me to sort out the bits that required attention was brilliant so they negotiated with the seller and saved me money on the refit one happy customer here and I’ll be back for the upgrade thanks guys
