Kwik Fit - Pontefract
Upon work carried out on rear discs, callipers and break pads a scratching sound appeared on rear near side breaks. I was told to make an appointment and they would replace rear discs and pads. It was a fault in one of the pads that was scratching against the disc which was explained to me. Very happy with service.

I was a drive in with a screw in my tire. Needed doing there and then ideally. The bloke behind the desk was great. Everyone was on their lunch break, he was upfront and told me that was the case and someone would look at it in 45min. I was happy to wait.I drove away job done well before that 45min was up as the bloke did it himself.Top man. Thank you.

Had the offside front tyre changed on my car, upon inspection I found that the old weights were left on the rim, the tyre pressure was incorrect and you charge £170 for a tyre change when I can buy that tyre from motortrend for £80, meaning you make £90 profit on a job that was not completed properly and 20 minutes of labour. As I am amechanic myself I find this scandalous.

Convenient for me to get to and able to book in when was best for me, the booking process was super easy too.Friendly welcoming staff, informative about timings of MOT and offered for me either to wait or go about my day and they would ring when ready to collect. Given advice about tyres, which were ordered there and then and able to book in for following day for fitting!... brilliant! Return visit just as excellent, comfortable warm waiting area with free WiFi...bonus!Will defo be a returning customer.
