Wex Photo Video Belfast

Called in to collect my new lens today...as usual Kelly was exceptional. She always kept me up to date and went above and beyond to get the lens as soon as possible. Great friendly staff- very helpful and informative and always go out of their way to do the best for their customers.

Today I made my almost annual trip to Wex to spend money on new kit, in this case a new lens. Kelly was really helpful in making this purchase, especially telling me how trade-ins work. By the end of the day I had my nice new lens and some money back from my old lens. Best shop in Belfast for photography and all other optical equipment.

I have been to WEX Belfast several times. The staff are very patient with some one like myself, ( not to technical ). They are also informative . All and all a great service, I would highly recommend this company. The last couple was really helpful information from Matt.

Very happy with the service from Wex. Bought a charger and battery in store. Battery wasn't working correctly, but Marc (who I dealt with both times in store and over the phone) was very quick to assist. Offered to refund the battery, order a new one to store and then have it shipped out to me directly.I spoke to Marc yesterday, new battery arrived today and is charging as it should be.I'll be back again whenever I need new equipment. Recently placed a couple of orders for a camera, and later a lens over the phone with Robert, and collected from Angus, and 2nd order from Matt. As both orders had to come from the Norwich warehouse, the guys made the process pain free due to their knowledge & efficiency. Great service any time, I have purchased from Wex Belfast.

Wex Belfast is an amazing place for camera equipment, with customer service that goes above and beyond the call of duty! I occasionally buy the odd sd card from Belfast city centre shops, but if I need serious equipment, advice or just a friendly face as I struggle with a problem....Wex Belfast it is. Additionally, the advice I have received here has always been spot on. I would give 6 stars if it were possible.

Had the pleasure of visiting and purchasing today! Kelly was amazing! Gave me a demo of all kit, helped me to not only choose but also how to operate and ended up with a Canon 90D, Sigma 600mm Contemporary Lens, Sigma 105mm Macro Lens, Monopod and specialist compact backpack. She was extremely helpful, was not pushy and gave me all options from new to used. This was following a bad experience where I was 7 weeks waiting on a lens repair in Currys and was told had to wait another 2 weeks so I opted for full a refund and went somewhere I feel at home. Able to walk out with all the required new kit on the spot in a store so well stocked and someone so helpful. I am blown away and delighted. If you want professional instant service and product available on the spot then this is the place to go! If you have not been you are missing out big time!

Picked up my brand new Sony A7IV this week from WEX Belfast. The service from Robert and Matt throughout the whole process was outstanding. The guys were really helpful as I traded in some old gear and had some questions about the new stuff. Will absolutely be back.
