Refused to sell me fabric, because she said I couldn't afford it. This was the manager of the shop. She's very rude and disrespectful. Won't be shopping there again.

Just visited the new store in Witney and quite honestly had the worst experience in a charity store for many years Lorraine the so called store managed was very rude and abrupt with me making me feel very un-easy when I asked her to check a few items for me. I’m a huge animal lover and finding time to visit the shop and spend money really makes me happy knowing my money will help, but with this Lorraine, she has changed my attitude for visiting this store again, p.s the other member of staff working this afternoon was very helpful and very apologetic for her attitude.

I love this shop. Its clean and friendly and ever changing.I volunteer one day a week with fun and friendly staff.

I went into the shop yesterday and was greeted by two very friendly ladies who went out of their way to find the item I was looking for .Thankyou Ladies.

Love this charity shop always so clean and tidy butSo easy to navigate around withoutHaving that rummaged feel.Karen is so friendly and helpful makes you feel so welcome always.
