I can't praise this vets surgery enough!! Had my cat's initial assessment/health-check today plus medication for fleas and worms. All of the staff that I met are really lovely and understanding (unfortunately my boy had an accident on the way there; they gave me things to help clean him up AND his carry case/bag).Shout out to Emma on reception who helped me find their surgery after I found out that the one I drove to initially had closed down completely, and helped make sure someone was on hand for when I arrived, and another shout out to Juliana, my boy's new vet. Extremely patient, understanding, and empathic. She really helped calm me down as well after all of the stress of the journey, and was both very thorough AND loving to my boy!The Pets Club is also an incredible scheme, and I'm so glad I joined. I have total peace of mind for any further visits that might be required in the future.Thank you, Willett House Staines, so, so much!!

Very nice, helpful staff. Took in a friends poorly cat, who they kept overnight. She's much better now, and they dropped her home to her owner, who's in his late 80's, which was very good of them.

Worst vets ever!We visited an after-hours veterinarian in February because my dog was unable to walk; the veterinarian gave him medication and instructed us to return if nothing changed. After a few weeks, he had significantly improved, but he was still limping, so I asked the vets if we could just see if he needed an x-ray. After looking at him for 2 minutes Alice suggested a CT scan rather than an x-ray.I firmly feel that was never necessary and was merely done to generate revenue because Murphy is currently healthy without a CT scan or X-ray.Baring in mind we had a CT scan 6 months prior costing over £3500 to advise us it was a ruptured muscle, we complained to the surgery advising we wasn’t happy to pay the consultation fee, but was more than happy to pay for the medicine. So emails back and forth but unfortunately now Alice Webb-Wilson has now changed her story to what she told us at the consultation and is blatantly lying.

Was told there was 20 minute wait on arrival. After and hour and 40 minutes we were finally seen. No information and a cursory apology. We were the only people in the waiting room for well over an hour. Was told it was because there aren't many nurses on a Saturday, even though we didn't see a nurse?. In that case, perhaps book in fewer patients. There were several vets on site. It was like we had been forgotten about and the Receptionists even started cashing up for the end of the day while we were sitting there. Could hear them questioning what the vets were even doing out the back as we had been waiting for so long.

Fantastic vets, lovely people, great service. There is a veterinarian known as ‘Hazel’ I believe. I just wanted to review that she is absolutely lovely, really cares for the animals and genuinely wants to help. i have to say that all the vets and staff here are so lovely. They really make you feel at ease and help in every way possible. I will not go to another vets. Outstanding service almost every single time. Our only small complaints - When we were called to be given information about our sick cat, we were given the information for the wrong cat. And that when our cat was returned to us, he was given back in the wrong carrier. Honestly a slightly funny moment as it was far too small for our cat, we had a giggle. And lastly, expect to wait about half an hour after your booked appointment as very busy a lot of the time.

My poor cat had to have his leg amputated due to a nasty accident. After ringing round multiple surgeries, Willet house immediately registered my cat and asked for me to bring him in. The team here have been nothing but supportive and attentive. Highly recommend. Special mention to Alice (surgeon) and the lovely lady at reception (Amy).

Have taken our cats here for years. They recently performed an operation on my cat. I was so worried as she's an old cat. They looked after her so well, and she is recovering well. I wouldn't go anywhere else, from reception staff, Nurses and vets all wonderful and recommended the practice.

Very disappointed with the visit made on 10th October '23 to Willett House with friends little Bijon, who had grass glued to one of her front paws, which simply wouldn't budge. Only went there because the incident took place along the Kingston Rd. The vet who saw her took a look at it and advised that Milly would have to be sedated before the grass could be removed and quoted £500-£600 for the procedure. No way could that charge be met, therefore decided against treatment at Willett House and decided to take her to Sherwoods (her principal vet) in Sunbury. We were charged £77.00 by Willett House, tho no attempt had been made to treat her in any way. The vet we saw at Sherwood took her to a room and shaved away the fur which had the grass glued to it, checked the paw for any puncture wounds, which luckily had no injury to it. The charge was £43.00 for the work done on the little one, with no sedation or any such treatment needed for a simple procedure. I queried the matter with Willett House, as to why no attempt had been made to help little Milly, in any way whatsoever, instead of which, it was left for us to decide, whether we wanted her treated under sedation, although, she was notoverlystressed or a agressive in any way and virtually, were told, to get on with it!
