I've been going to Louise for treatments for over a year now including both hair and tattoo removal. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the results. Louise is super professional and really knows her stuff. She takes the time to explain the process and what to expect. Plus, she's super friendly, which makes each session feel more like catching up with a friend than a typical appointment.Highly recommend!

I came across True Laser Gem via instagram. I initially bought a face laser package but then upgraded to the full body hair laser removal package as I was experiencing amazing results. Louise is absolutely phenomenal she is very experienced and puts you at ease. I noticed a difference immediately after starting my laser hair removal here compared to other places hence why I am willing to travel an hour for each treatment, I have had laser hair removal done in Bradford, Rochdale and Bury and I have experienced the quickest and the best results with Louise. I wish i had known about True Laser Gem sooner. I highly recommend the clinic.

Louise has been ace! I've been having laser hair removal and was a bit nervous - Louise puts me at ease with her friendly manner and the service has been professional from start to finish. I've seen a big slow down in the rate of hair growth and thickness, a few more sessions to go but I'm very happy with the results so far! Can't recommend True Laser Gem enough.

Fantastic service and results, highly recommended. I wanted laser hair removal for a while and found True Laser Gem. Not only did they have a great offer on but the service was great. From the first message I sent to Louise she was professional, kind and caring, working around me and what times I could make appointments. I was put at ease from the first session and felt comfortable throughout, each session was pain free and flew by, I always looked forward to the next one so we could have a chat and catch up while having my treatment.
