Very disappointing approach to the customer!I called them on several occasions regarding the issues and the response was “someone will be in touch with you soon”, in the worst case they say: make a complain by @ and they have 15 days to respond.Example of current problems with the property:1. bins are kept outside instead of in the bin room, as a result of which rats run around of the building, they leave feces and destroy cars (bitten electric cables),2. garbage around the building is constantly left by the homeless (syringes, needles, food packaging, blankets, pillows, duvets… ) I have removed this garbage into the bin several times myself, but since bin are kept outside, the homeless come back, take it out this stuff and start camping again. Centrick's reaction for this situation after a few weeks of reporting the problem, they hired security to guard the area around the building at night for a few days, when security stopped coming, the homeless came back and the problem is back. Now Centrick ignores the tenants and tells them to write a complaint by e-mail3. Homeless people urinate and defecate in the corners of the building and The building management solution in this situation is to cover the waste with sand and leave it, I feel like I live in a public toilet now . It is impossible to take the child seat, shopping or luggage out of the car without fear of dangerous items lying around on the ground.I definitely do not recommend this company as a building management.

One of the few agents that are actually responsive and answered all our questions patiently. Hollie was the point of contact and was really helpful theough the process. Turkay assisted with the key collection and was pleasant to talk with. Good service overall :)
