A1 service from start to finish picked up before the time they said they whould pick me up engine went on my van so was stranded and they dropped me where I needed to be dropped too marks from me

Now this company amuses me, they send me text asking me to complete their survey, all well and good you might say, until you realise that I have had no personal dealings with this company whatsoever, I had occasion last week to have dealings with the RAC for a rear glass broke on my car, they attended me and it could not be booked into Auto glass till the 31first on the month, the RAC arrange for it to go in storage till that date, I can't praise the RAC enough, but this company makes me laugh, having to rely on electronic begging to impress people.I did 12 years on breakdown recovery and ran the stores, and the firm I worked for never asked one customer to tell their friends, that was their choice if they so wished, and even if we had the electronics of today we would not be trying to get people to praise us for the kind of service all customers should be able to expect.Like I said, I have NEVER dealt with this firm and I never will.

Caravan recovery on A59. Will came out and carefully recovered my caravan for me. It was quite a tricky recovery as the sub axle had come adrift so not so easy to load. It took a bit to get the right vehicle to do the job and get it on the truck but worth the wait ! They then got it home to Wigan and unloaded without any further damage to caravan or drive. Very professional service and staff.

Great service. Ben and Seb, who towed my car, were very helpful and very polite and friendly. The initial phone contact was quick and the person on the phone was very clear and polite.

Had a very good experience with the company. I got into an accident, and during the stressful period Michael Larkin was very supportive and friendly. The work they did on my car was flawless. I was very impressed with the service. Following the repair I had a query and Michael Larking quickly worked to resolve it. The mechanic Andy with his expertise provided great service and did a thorough check on my car. Very impressed with my experience and would highly recommend.

The car was recovered by macadams & when going to collect property that was in the vehicle was told that the items I know were indeed inside when they recover the car. They denied all knowledge of any of the items being in the car. I know for a fact Maccadams take what ever property they want to take & lie to the customer. I has happened many times to people. The most untrustworthy recovery services I’ve ever know. 3 years after the car was recovered apparently with out my valuables being in the vehicle I became very close to a member of the staff who then went & got the exact item of my property I was told was not in it. So wouldn’t trust this company at all. Personally west craven are much more reliable & trustworthy

Mazda CX 30 repair - Top shelf auto repair centre. Staff are communicative, compassionate and conscientious. (special mention to Michael Larkin for his consistent availability throughout the past year (yes it takes that long to get parts sometimes but through no fault of the repair shop!)In spite of what led us to have to use John Macadam and son (2 separate RTCs) they made the experience as hassle free and as pleasant as possible.I would definitely recommend them and if I can't avoid another crash, I'll be using them again (but hopefully not!)

Came out for a recovery. Quoted me £77 for a tyre then charged me £150 once it was in our car. Also scratched our rims.
