Amazing! Extremely polite, friendly and understanding when it comes to any nerves etc. Really good explanations for any questions you have and replies to any questions you have after the piercing is done while healing. Extremely clean and hygienic. 100% recommended!

I've been here for 7 of my 14 piercings and it was the best, most relaxing experience ever. i had a problem with my rook and my septum and she was quick to help out. so kind, calming, clean, helpful and definitely relaxes my nerves further even though i struggle to speak to strangers, but it's so easy to explain where i want things. i also went from feeling very faint to feeling fine, she made me a warrior. will always come back, 10/10.
