Absolutely disgusting! I used this service and paid for dry cleaning when the garments were dropped off. When I went to pick up the garments the lady (who served me the week before) basically called me a thief, she said I hadn't paid for them when I dropped them off when I have proof that I didI was made to feel like a criminal by the staff member this is totally unacceptable and won't be using this establishment again!!

I have a very heavy feather down Nike coat, had it 10 yrs, only wear when very cold. Was stained with ciggy smoke. Now it looks brand new. Thank you.

earlier today i picked up a pair of trousers from here, when i got home they were shorter than what i had expected.. on talking to the staff and explaining my situation they very kindly fixed these for me.. i can’t thank them enough.

Took a pair of trousers to be taken up, the lady in this shop was really lovely and said if I had shopping to do the trousers would be ready within an hour. True to her word they where done ready for me to collect. Excellent job done will definitely be here again.

Needed a zip replacing on coat. Took in 09.30 collected at 12.30. Great service and item fixed like new again. Staff friendly and price good. Offer various services so would highly recommend and visit again if needed

I used this shop, as a pair of jeans I have had for a while had a hole on the knee. I know it's in fashion ripped jeans but at an age of 70, IDecided not for me I put them into the shop on the Tuesday and got them back on the Wednesday £6 no problem lovely job.

Apparently offer one hour service so went in to get the length of my dress altered.They said to the customer in front that it'll be a week but I thought I'd ask anyway.I said what I needed done and they simply went naw can't do it for today at all.Unpleasant staff and don't actually do the services they claim to offer.Wouldn't go back.

I brought in a dress from vinted that was too small around the bust. I didn't want to throw it away and couldn't return it so decided to try stitch fix. The seamstress measured me and said she thought she could let out a couple of the seams to fit instead of adding fabric (it was polka dot so difficult to match up) and asked me to return a week later. when I returned to pick it up it was neatly packaged and fit perfectly. Thank you for using your expert skills for a speedy alteration, for taking care of my beautiful dress and making it fit perfectly without the need for extra fabric.
