Highly recommended.Came out promptly when I had trouble with my boiler. Took the time to explain things I didn’t understand, sourced a new part and came back straight away to fix. At every point the price was clear and I had the choice to go ahead, I chose to add a service in and was very impressed. Will be recommending to friends and family and have asked for a reminder for my next service. He suggested I contact the manufacturer to enquire about the warranty, which has saved me money. The cost which I had agreed to ended up reduced as he managed to get a part cheaper and not many businesses would be honest and go back to the customer and reduce a price especially after I agreed.Once I phoned the manufacturer to enquire about the warranty I passed on all the information even the call handler commented that I clearly had a good person come out and that I should definitely use again.Highly recommend.

Came to 'service' our (fully working!) Boiler. The boiler has been trouble free for years but has broken down within 48 hour of him 'servicing' it.It's an old boiler due for replacement so this could be a coincidence. I phoned him quite reasonably to see if he could come back and check his work. His attitude is a disgrace. He didn't even pretend to be interested and actually hung up. We still have no heating or hot water. Little cowboys like these are what gives tradesmen a bad name. 70 quid for 20 minutes worth of flannel. Cant recommend no. Best avoided.

Ian is very prompt, professional and courteous and did a great job installing my new boiler and took time to explain how to operate and adjust the functionalities. I would thouroughly recommend Ian's services if you are looking to install a new system.

We recently moved into our new house and the electric shower stopped working the night before and we didn't know what was wrong, as the shower was working fine right up to that point so we had to find someone to repair it asap. I found Ian's details online and texted him and a few other companies but Ian was the first to respond. I explained the best I could what had happened and as we only moved in recently we hadn't tested the boiler and wanted that looked at too as there was a leak underneath. We also had radiators we took off the wall where one hadn't been fitted back on properly and was leaking. Ian was quick to respond and got back to me that morning and was already round looking at the problems the very same afternoon. Ian was very polite and kept me informed throughout the process. He fixed all the problems with the leaks and serviced the boiler, as well as checked that the radiators and everything worked in good order before he left. He even unblocked my bathroom sink which I'm very grateful for! All I can say is, he's trustworthy and went above and beyond in every aspect when carrying out work. Everything was left clean and tidy. We only have praise for him and would not hesitate to ask him to do work on our house again. We would recommend anyone who needs work done to get in touch and wouldn't shy away from recommending him to any family and friends who need their heating/ plumbing fixed. Ian is fantastic. Never had a problem when he's serviced our heating. He sourced a part another plumber couldn't for a friend's hot water too. 12 /10 in my book!

One of the best workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of having in my home. Ian came out promptly when we had a problem with our boiler and delivered a new boiler the same day, he then came out to fit it just a couple of days later and done an amazing job. He made sure we knew how to work the heating before leaving and cleaned up all the mess. His prices are also very competitive and fair. I couldn’t reccomend Ian enough!

Ian came when he said he would and phoned before to confirm time. He did an annual service and followed covid protocol, keeping everyone safe. He explained what he was doing and configured a new remote control. He was extremely professional in everything he did. We would highly recommend his services.

We called Ian after discovering a leak on our ageing boiler. After attempting to repair the expansion vessel, the boiler was continuing to lose pressure so we decided to take up the recommendation to replace the boiler. Ian explained the various available options and provided a reasonable quote for the new boiler.On the day of the installation, Ian attended promptly (calling ahead of time to let us know when to expect him) and worked swiftly to complete the work.
