Search elsewhere, i purchased Khan Dry Herb Vaporizer which broke after 10 months. Replacement was rejected as they have unusally short warranty of 6 months :/ £100 wasted. Update from 1star to 3: After few emails back and forth they graciously" sent as "one time offer" replacement for free...which lasts now for a year and is so far very good"

I have had nothing but excellent service from V2. I struggled to find anything that matched my former cigarettes until I found V2. They are superb and made the change from cigarettes to e cigarettes so easy. I use the pre filled cartridges with the battery as they are less bulky than the vape pen and to me feel more like a real cigarette. The company I cannot fault and are extremely helpful and once an order is placed it is sent out immediately. I genuinely would not use anyone else

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I telephoned the office with a technical query that was fully answered by very able staff, courteously and quickly. Before thanking them and putting the phone down, I was offered a discount code for use on the site if I wished to place an order, despite being an existing customer.I placed my order in the afternoon. My order arrived the next morning.The V2EX build quality and long battery life is excellent, the taste of the liquid isn’t too sweet and the overall vaping experience is great value for money.I would have no hesitation in recommending these vape kits and liquids to anyone who wants a good value and top quality alternative to smoking.This website has stopped both myself and my wife smoking over the last three years and saved us thousands of pounds.

I've been a customer for a year and in the beginning I was really pleased with the service and the quality of product. However, I have the impression that it deteriorated during last few months. Firstly, my favourite flavour seems to be always out of stock, even if it shows as in stock during ordering process. You find out only when you get a phone call the next day or when they deliver your optional choice (if you mentioned it in your order). Secondly, I always choose standard delivery by Royal Mail (as defined on their internet site), but it seems that V2 started using delivery firm ACP for standard deliveries too (without mentioning that fact on their internet site). I live on my own, I work during the day and I live in a building with access code (known to Royal Mail, but not to various delivery firms). The package can be also left with building manager who is on the site until 15h. This is the second time that the ACP arrived, could not enter the building, did not bother to drop by the building manager office and left. I had to spend time on the phone trying to arrange the second delivery and beg them to deliver by 15h (not guaranteed). Change of delivery address (at work) was not an option. Note that I shop online on a regular basis and I never have any problems with deliveries. When I complained to Customer Services, they said they couldn't find any instructions that I wanted my parcel shipped by Royal Mail. I was under the impression that by choosing standard delivery no further instructions were needed.V2 should at least update their site, indicating when a product is out of stock and clarifying delivery options. As a customer I feel misled and will probably consider switching to another brand.

I purchased a v2 pro series 3 a few months ago. It has never worked properly, not holding it's charge at all, and activation button does not stay on. I have contacted v2 about returning the product, but they do not make this easy. In fact I have given up. I have explained several times the issue but I was told until I can explain yet again they would not exchange the product. I'm fairly certain this for a against the consumer act and will be reporting to trading standards. Considering I spent over £100 on vaporizer, cartridges, and e liquids it's quite disgusting the level of customer service. Oh and a different person will reply every time, leaving the situation a mess. But an effective technique to frustrate the customer. I recommended not purchasing through this company, just because if it doesnt work you won't get anything in return. Sad but true.

I've placed two orders with this company. The first had two faulty cartridges, but they replaced them immediately without question. My second order costing £50 has just arrived, and inside was a free gift worth £15. From a customer service perspective I am extremely impressed and grateful that they value their customers, which is totally unique these days. The taste and longevity of the cartridges is also excellent, so well done guys and keep it up.

I have had loads of issues with both my series 3 and series 7 vapourisers. After my series 3 broke I ordered a series 7 as a replacement, and tried sending back the series 3 for a refund. V2 customer service was terrible and they refuses to offer me any kind of refund, and told me one of the charger cables I sent worked, even though I had tested it with my own multi meter and found it to be broken. I left a negative review of one of their products and they have not displayed it on the website, so the reviews on their site should be complete ignored as they are cherry picking the good ones

Very quick to respond when answering my queries on the live chat. They were very friendly and helpful. My order arrived the very next day, which is very impressive considering there can be delays with the corona virus. I find the cartomisers and batteries are very good quality and love the cherry flavour. They might be a bit pricey but I do feel you get what you pay for! I'm a happy customer :)

V2 is the best vaping product on the market in my opinion.I've been shopping online for over 2 years and couldn’t find as good liquids quality.I’ve start ordering from V2 for just over a month now and I’m so pleased with their liquid quality and range.The site gives you so many options to choose from. I’ve ordered E Liquid - 10ML V2 Vapour2 E Liquid. The V2 RED and VANILLA flavour are amazing. They came the next day.I look forward ordering the XEO VOID Vaporizer kit.Fabulous site would highly recommend.
