Norfolk maintenance have just finished building my shed base which looks amazing.We brought the easy pad system recommended by Darren and he and his labourer constructed it in no time at all to the specification of the shed company we are using.I would highly recommend this company who are friendly, courteous, on time and every step was communicated via email and phone calls.

First class service from Norfolk Maintenance from start to finish. They constructed a large gazebo to the back of our house exactly to our specifications. Being a large house we needed a solid impressive structure which integrated with the design of the exterior and we were not disappointed. Incredibly well priced the work was completed on time to a very high standard with no detail left unfinished with a friendly and helpful approach to any changes we wanted. Communication was brilliant at all stages of the project and we are thrilled with the overall result. Would highly recommend this company.

Fitted an awning to the back of my property, once attached it to the mortar instead of brick, it came away from the wall. Refitted it with unsuitable fittings and the whole thing came down within 10 minutes of opening it, could have killed my toddler. Had to have it refitted by someone else. Hasn’t returned my money as yet as is ‘out of the country’.

Darren was great in the beginning, he completed a few jobs for us. Unfortunately, there's some work that still needs completing, which we have already paid for, but we've sadly had no response from him at all after numerous attempts.Will be more than happy to give more stars again if we can at least have our key back..??
