Rural Ranges were brilliant when they replaced our old Aga with one of their reconditioned ones. The quality really is that of a new one. Before installation, Rural Ranges were great at communication with samples sent out and updates as to when the Aga would be fitted. When they arrived, our old one was removed and new one installed all within the day. We were also given in-depth advise on how to use and look after which we really appreciated, this was at the end of the day but was not rushed and we were able to ask as many questions as we wanted. The installation team were clean, tidy and polite. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use Rural Ranges again.

We bought our current Aga from Rural Ranges & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. We decided to buy a reconditioned Aga from Rural Ranges for half the price of a new one. You cannot tell the difference at all. The reconditioned Aga looks & performs as beautifully as a brand new one. The whole process from site visit to choosing a colour to delivery & installation went really smoothly. The customer service we’ve experienced is excellent & the team are very responsive, knowledgeable & extremely efficient. We would definitely recommend using Rural Ranges!

Rural ranges fitted my 4 oven aga in Texas, USA. I couldn't find anybody locally to fit it who was reputable. Steve is the best and Ali is a Rockstar. Love them to bits. Thanks y'all!!!

I was randomly just Googling about Netherton Foundry loaf tins and stumbled across Rural Ranges. What a find, as their pricing is far far more competitive than that offered by Netherton themselves, and it literally forced my hand to order them immediately. A week later they arrived, and I can vouch that they are absolutely beautiful to look at, almost like mini art pieces. Super solid and much much better quality than all the non-stick junk that's gone before this. It you look after these then they will 100% be in the inheritance for the grand kids, and I've yet to have my own kids yet. :) Super happy with the service and product, I will certainly be back for more.

Upgraded or downgraded ! My Aga to a more cost efficient system. Excellent service. Engineers who did the conversion were so efficient and hard working. I’ve had a problem since and there has been no hesitation in sorting the issue, which will be resolved soon I hope. This company is definitely worth contacting if you want a range cooker.

Can vouch for all positive reviews for this fabulous business.Steve has been involved with our Rayburn maintenance for over 15 years or so.Since Steve and Alison set up this company they deserve all the support and success. A really hard working and extremely helpful couple.Example - when our old Rayburn had died one December they had a newer refurbished one in the showroom and our problem was sorted in time for that Christmas.

Great service from this brilliant family business. We met Steve and Ali back in 2017 when we needed help with our 13A AIMS Aga. Steve responded and got us running again at about 10% of what the Aga repair boys wanted to charge. Since then he’s been out to service our Aga from time to time.Yesterday we finally had the conversion to Electrikit done after much discussions and advice from Ali. Their two engineers turned up smiling and on time after a difficult journey, completed the job exactly as we hoped and showed us how it all worked.Can’t recommend the company enough.
