Called when our boiler broke during the freezing weather, helped us resolve the issue over the phone within the hour! Just a very quick fix that we could sort ourselves, no charge! Just someone that's very happy to help out. Very happy with his service - will be using in future!!

We had a burst pipe in the kitchen ceiling which has unfortunately caused a lot of damage. I found Joe on checkatrade and he was fantastic, moved another job because mine sounded like a proper emergency. He was prompt, knowledgeable and work was quick. Will use again and happy to recommend.

I’ve used Joe for a number of jobs including installing a new boiler, re-routing pipework, and plumbing in a new sink and dishwasher. He’s always been super-focussed and professional, he communicates well, and has high standards in what he does. His pricing has always been fair, and he really stands behind his work - he has always been very quick to turn up and troubleshoot any minor issues. Very reliable, completely recommended.

I’ve been hugely impressed by Joe the couple of times I’ve used him recently - he’s been very responsive, friendly and professional, as well as being clear in his explanations and recommendations. In particular I was hugely grateful when Joe was able to remotely guide me through a heating issue and provide a temporary solution until a part becomes available - he took half an hour of his evening to guide me, including sending photos and clear instructions. Would definitely recommend.

Our boiler blew up on the coldest day of the year and Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive from the start. Quote was very reasonable, amongst the cheapest we had, and he bent over backwards to fit us in before Xmas (most others wouldn't do it until after) even though he was fully booked.Fast forward 2 days and Joe was with us to fit the new system. Highly professional and clearly knew his stuff. Very friendly and took the time to explain all the options. Would definitely recommend, and thanks for rescuing us!
