Bought my very first used Mini at Sytner Harold Wood and I was looked after by a really knowledgable sales executive called Oliver Swan , he was great he really looked after us and kept us informed along the way. The whole process went really well and we were given 5 star treatment.Amazing service

Recently purchased a Mini Countryman and the experience from start to finish was first class. Oliver's initial telephone contact was considerate and professional in presenting the opportunity to exchange to a new mini. The video message walking around the mini definitely helped to make it an exciting prospect. At our visit to the showroom Oliver and his colleagues were very welcoming - we received a full explanation of the new mini in a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. The administrative processes were dealt with efficiently and our needs financially, were considered closely so that an agreement could be achieved.I am a firm supporter of the mini as a brand - my first car I bought myself was a mini back in 1978 and have enjoyed owning a mini intermittently since then. Since my first 'new' mini in 2010 I have loved driving my car and would advocate the fun of a 'mini adventure' to anyone looking for a stylish and reliable vehicle.
