As a bike shop we often need to send bigger bike boxes, M&H have always been brilliant and given us a great service. Even when there have been delays or issues with deliveries, they have always been very helpful

Very bad service. I wont say poor" I say HORRIBLE. Avoid this company and never use them. Ever. They lied to me and my Mrs many times and they were late for-not hours-but one and a half week!!! Plus Ive lost days waiting for them and they told me their van was broken."

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Today I have spent well over an hour trying to arrange a delivery over the phone to which I have been told isn't possible and that there is no way of booking a delivery without using the Web page. Unfortunately our company Internet doesn't allow us to use external Web pages. We were offered no solution by the guy morton on the phone. We then called the Inverness branch who informed us we can book a delivery via email. I really don't understand why we weren't told this in the first instance from morton. Terrible terrible service.

M& H carriers are the worst logistic company that exist.I am very bitter about the way they treated my case when they lost my 30kg bag and refused to compensate me.Having admitted that they lost my bag ,they said that their insurance brokers cannot pay for my compensation claim even after producing invoices as evidence.Instead they agreed to pay me £39 out of good will gesture as carrier charges.Which is unacceptable because the content in the bag is worth more than £500.I am very unhappy about their services.

Terrible. Delivering as a third party for DX. They were supposed to warn me when delivering my package. They turned up unannounced so no one was home. They took a picture from across the street but didn’t even knock the door. Front and rear cameras prove this as they didn’t record them. They didn’t leave the card they were supposed to to say they had been. Couldn’t be more obvious that they just didn’t bother.As my tracking was coming from DX I have been told for the last two days that they would be coming and they haven’t shown.Upon speaking to customer service to finally book them in the lady was extremely arrogant and dismissive. Couldn’t have been more obvious she couldn’t care less.

Driver of 18 plate curtain side van calling himself Ross, was very aggressive and rude to a group of us who tried to assist elderly lady he almost ran off the road at speed, I suggest M&H have a discussion with this young chap regarding his behaviour.
