Told me at 2.30 pm on a Friday that I couldn't book a taxi for 6.15 pm and to phone back with half an hour to go. Did so and they said at least an hour's wait!

I phoned the taxi, I was told 15-20 mins 55 minutes later no taxi. I phoned and asked how long the taxi would be as I'd waited 55 minutes, the reply was soon. No apology from them. I ended up ordering a taxi from a different company who arrived within 5 minutes. I will never order again from here.
