Come here often, friendly patient staff, fair prices and very clean. Waxing and threading was pain free would definitely recommend. Deserves nothing less than five stars!

The quality of the work they do is good but the customer service is not. I live near here so have been going regularly over the past few years out of convenience more so than any other factor. Once whilst getting my hair cut, the hairdresser stopped to answer a personal call. I went last week to get my face waxed and the lady who was doing it stopped three times to go off and look at her phone and chat to the receptionist. I only go here now when I have no other option.

Avoid this strange little salon like the plague!The owner needs some inspiration on basic courtesy and professionalism.The first time I went to so called “inspired” salon was out of convenience rather than choice. I received a very cold/practically non existent welcome from the owner upon arrival. The eyebrow threading and under arm waxing I requested was done but the whole time I was there, the vibe from said owner was as if she didn’t want to do my treatments at all.I went there again today at 9.50am for the same treatments. The salon was empty. The owner didn’t even say hello this time and when I asked for the same treatments above, she said she has an appointment at 10am and so she can’t. Very, very weird.Not sure of the real reasons behind such an appalling reception. Maybe if I was of the same colour and culture of the owner I would have received a different experience? Who knows….

Overly priced. Was told £10 for hair got charged £15. Charged me extra £10 just for eyeliner which I provided myself.The lady who done done my hair and eyeliner told the manager the price even manager asked her why so much she muttered something to her. I had no time to debate or argue.Manager has attitude.Will not be going back! My sister in law informed me of a bad experience with them before.

My appointment was for an eyebrow wax. I told the lady I wanted to keep the thickness - I had grown them out and just wanted them shaped. At the end of the wax I had the thinnest eyebrows ever! I won’t be going there again - not friendly and clearly DO NOT LISTEN.

Appalling experience. Booked appointment and confirmed pricing of neck wax (£5). When getting it done, lady asked if i want the front part of neck doing and i said yes as i assumed it was part of my entire neck and in the price, not once was it mentioned there is a separate charge for it. When going to pay, they asked for £8. Nowhere in the price list does it mention back neck and front neck having separate prices. It merely states Neck £5 - anyone would assume that neck would include back and front neck. There was no good will gesture from them to let it go this once especially after i was specifically told i would be charged £5. Was not impressed at all and wouldn't go back again, definitely wouldn't recommend them either. I would suggest the company needs to create a new price list to show back neck and front neck separately and at least have the decency to inform the client of any extra charges.

I’ve been going to this salon since it opened, I’ve had waxing, threading, facials and highlights and now I’ve just started IPL treatment which I can’t believe actually works. Overall good prices lovely staff and great location.
