Not a good experience, paid for a very expensive water softener, and had problems with it.Still getting limescale as previously. Under warranty still but want £85 call out charge for engineer to look at it.Staff very unhelpful and rude.Wouldn’t buy from here and certainly don’t waste your money on a water softener!

Bought our Kinetico from here. Soft water is fantastic. Excellent advice and expertly fitted in a very tight space. We've been buying salt blocks from here ever since. Very pleasant and friendly staff.

A nice village shop in Risborough which caters to the salt demand from Aylesbury and High wycombe. Friendly service.Prices have gone up substantially in the last 6 months, but their prices are still competitive.
