I have rosacea and asked for advice today. The lady was extremely friendly and helpful. She showed me the ideal products and even gave me some samples as i was not sure what was best for me. Very happy with your service and advice.

I went and visited Friday 29th June and I was talking to the sales assistant in regards to my flair out on my face and she recommended I tried vitamin E and Aloe Night Cream. I just want her to know how thankful I am for her recommendation my skin as completely cleared and the best it’s been in years. I am so thankful for talking to her. If I remember rightly she had dark brown hair. Thank you so much!

This would have been such a good experience if they had what I wanted in stock!! Lovely try me tea tree tinted moisturiser. However, when I came to purchase it, they didn’t have any, oh well I’ll just have the £22 coconut body butter, got my vouchercloud ‘spend £30 get £10 off, brill, one tinted moisturiser and one £22 body butter, total £31 get £10 off. Body butter not in stock either, shambles!!!!! Take the try me off the shelf if you DON’t HAVE IT!!!!!!

I like this place, smells good.. makes my face feel good and there's likely to be a special price on something so the very expensive products just become expensive, which is reasonable as long as the product is good and the perception of value is there. Have you every wanted to take a bite out of one of those soap bars or is it just me?

I visit body shop once in a month almost. All the products are very good there. There are always some sale and offers in all the products. The stuffs are also very good in explaining about the products. Overall a very good shop in gunwharf keys.

Everything, well most, covered in plastic or in plastic bottles - this is no Lush! I always loved Body Shop but I was disappointed not to be able to buy solid shampoo or anything not in plastic, I would have thought they would move with the times and find a better was to sell the products. I won't shop in the Body Shop until they do.
