First time using this nail shop and it will most definitely be my last. The customer service is awful and speaking in their language about me is extremely unprofessional.

Customer service none existent, very rude and spend a lot of time talking in their native language to each other.Price of services aren't consistent and only take cash.Quality of nails are ok but not worth the price, results vary from visit to visit.Wouldn't recommend

Arrogant male workers I will not go here ever again. And neither will none of my family or friends.If you read most of the reviews they state the arrogance of the workers there.It had actually just gone 9:20 and you were all just sat there doing absolutely nothing and being so rude about it. You all need customer service training in my view. I spent my childhood here through to my teens and people in the shops had always been so friendly and accommodating.You were all just so rude about it this morning.

I have been here twice, and I was really impressed with the salon. Welcoming atmosphere, fair prices, complimentary drinks, friendly staffs and an excellent result. It also helps that it's right near my house. I'm telling all my friends to come here.

BEST NAIL SALON IN ALDERLEY EDGE IF NOT CHESHIRE!!! I can't recommend a place more highly than Skylar nails. Myself and my two daughters went to the salon to get a mixture of treatments for hands and feet and each of us received such high quality service, the nail technicians are kind and chatty - unlike some others in other salons I have been to over the years. For the past few years I have gone to a place in Wilmslow but I won't be looking back. The prices are just as competitive but I feel that the care and attention I received here was much better than I have ever received there. It was the little touches like a cold drink at the beginning - there was coke, water as well as a few others. Please if you are in the area go here, it is the best nail salon I have been to in along time!!!

Genuinely the best nail salon in Cheshire! Amazing service and quality of work since the very first appointment. I've now been a customer for around a year now. I won't go anywhere else to get my Acrylics & Pedicures. I couldn't recommend Skylar enough!

Booked me in last minute, my nail tech wasn’t very chatty but my gel nails were removed completely and properly, cuticles neatened, nails shaped and I was even offered strengthener. Miles better than my experiences at other nail salons in the area especially the ones in Wilmslow. The salon is lovely and clean inside and they offer a range of the gel bottle products. I would recommend and I will be back!

Nice salon and nails last more than a week, one big problem male staff very patronising and rude when it comes to handling customers hence two stars. I would say that as you pay for nail service go somewhere where you would get respectful staff. I have been in other salons around and this this is the worst customer service I have experienced.

Me and my friend had our nails done few days ago, I haven’t experienced the same level of customer service anywhere else.They were very rude, didn’t even take notice of what colour my friend chose. Instead of red, they did a gold colour on her nails. She didn’t want to cause a problem, so she didn’t say anything. We were really uncomfortable. It was an awful experience overall.
