Over the last 20 years I have taken my jewellery for small repairs and been charged between £10 - £15 - fair enough. Today I took my pendant to have the LINK that holds the the pendant onto the chain repaired and told it would be £40 and take 2 weeks !!!! I tried to discuss the situation with a very unhelpful sales assistant and was basically told - take it or leave it !What has happened to this jewellers ??I guess they just don’t want to do small repairs anymore - it’s such a shame.

AMAZING!We felt that the guys were so honest and had a clear love for their work. My engagement ring was a custom order based on something that I had seen on pinterest and the jeweller made it even better than the picture that I gave him. The intricate detail on the gold is just stunning.When we returned for our wedding rings (in the picture) John was just brilliant at giving us sound advice on how to best achieve the look of bands that we wanted and we are just in love with the results.

We were extremely lucky to win our wedding rings made by JPB. From start to finish the service has been exceptional. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Our rings are perfect and my engagement ring was resized to the perfect fit and looks beautiful and new. Would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone for any of your jewellery needs. Thank you

They may be good at what they do repair wise unfortunately I did not experience any quality customer service. They can't be bothered to advise customers personally the best way to repair their treasured jewellery they appear disinterested and have lack of care and understanding of sentimental value. I would not go back

Fantastic service during the 2nd lockdown. I sent an email enquiry via their website regarding ring resizing and received a prompt reply. Very quick and easy to arrange collection and return of my ring, with upfront information about cost (which I paid via bank transfer)Amazing job at polishing and resizing my ring - I would recommend JPB jewellers and I commend them for providing a first class service during a difficult time for businesses.

What can I say... fabulous shop, tucked away but well worth seeking out. I've been looking for a pair of drop earrings to replace a favourite pair (1 lost)! for about 5 years, without success. JPB were recommended and ordered some in for us, an anniversary present from my lovely husband, they're perfect, just what I wanted. Great personal service, felt really looked after. Highly recommend.
