We visited ROX for the first time yesterday and wow, what an experience.Chernine thoroughly explained the five C's when purchasing a diamond and went above and beyond to help us make the right choice.Owen also took the time to help me and my partner when looking into the quality of the diamond in our existing ring.Chernine and owen, you are both amazing at your jobs and we can't thank you both enough for the experience we had yesterday in store (after our bad experience at a previous jewelry store).We would recommend ROX to anybody who is looking for top quality jewelry, high quality customer service, staff that care and really know what they are talking about!

Most would assume a jewellery shop would not spoil an engagement surprise.. however, staff at this store TOLD THE BRIDE that her fiancé had bought the ring she liked once she came back inside. He had carefully arranged her sister to call and distract her and echo that they should sleep on it. Life event spoiled.. beautiful ring but shocking common sense

I visited your Liverpool store on the 17/7/2023 . I was browsing watching as a gift for my son . I was approached by Chernine who I have to say was absolutely lovely . Knowledgeable warm and very attentive . I am not a regular at Rox but I have to say when I’m in Liverpool (normally every 4/7weeks) I will definitely be back ! Service great nice people. Word of advice DO NOT BUT A TITANIUM WATCH . I bought a hublot fusion watch but within weeks it had light scratches on the face and now it’s just a mess scratched all over the titanium face. I went back but there’s nothing they can do unbelievable. I would of never bought it if I knew this absolutely gutted I wanted one for years save and saved and this happens
