Synergy Hearing

My ears often become impacted with wax & I have to have the wax removed via micro suction.I was recommended Synergy Hearing by a friend.I messaged the clinic on Monday morning and they replied instantly and arranged an appointment for me on the same day.Very professional service and put me at ease as I was a little nervous at first. Cleared both ears and improved my hearing significantly.Will definitely use this service again and I do recommend this service for anyone who required this. Thanks again Samira!

A little story for you: I'd been having pain in my ear for 2 weeks when I finally went to see the Doctor. He took a look inside and told me I had a ball of wax touching my ear drum; that I was to go home, put olive oil in it to soften the wax, and then try flushing it out with water myself.5 days later it was getting even more painful, so my partner happened across Synergy Hearing in Bolton.Appointment made, I turned up and the very nice lady took a look, produced a pair of tweezers, and pulled out the rubber end tip from one of my ear-bud headphones! The lady is a real Professional. Sussed out what even the Doctor missed and sorted me out. Dread to think what may have eventually happened if I'd just continued to faithfully use oil/water flushing on a jammed-in piece of rubber.Forever grateful, and obviously very (very) highly recommended :-)

First time of using synergy hearing after being in pain for 2 months the lady was lovely made me feel relaxed took her time didn't rush and booked me in straight away will definitely be using this company again thank you very much! X

Synergy Hearing came for a home visit to remove wax from my elderly mums ears. My mum can be a bit uncooperative but she was managed in such a lovely way- wax removed and all done and dusted!! Would definitely recommend.

I was rather nervous at first as I hate things going in my ear! But she made me feel very comfortable and kept checking up on how I was doing through the short procedure.Due to a build up of wax, I was pretty much deaf in my left ear. But after a short visit, I had my hearing back and could get on with the rest of my day.Thoroughly recommended! Thank you again!

Synergy Hearing were fantastic I rang up this morning to see if they could visit my Mum in the hospice to clear the earwax from her ears, and they were there at 1pm the same day. My Mum is so happy she can hear again. Thank you Synergy for such a quick appointment and call out. I highly recommend

Got a same day appt after suffering for a few weeks. Thinking only one ear was affected, Samira examined both ears and spent some time removing wax that I didn't even realise was causing an issue in addition to the troublesome ear. Great service, friendly and explained each step of the way what and why she was doing it.I'd highly recommend. Do not be deterred by the premises which are only temporary. The service outweighs the surroundings.

Couldn’t recommend them enough, got both ears micro suctioned and can’t tell you the relief I have! Samira was absolutely brilliant, even though the build up in my ears was still hardened a good bit and was a bit tricky to get removed, she took her time and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed through the entire process. I’ll definitely be back again if I have any issues in the future and will be recommending anyone who struggles with blocked ears to go here! Thanks so much again Samira!
