We recently rented a property with Sonie and it was by far the best renting experience we’ve ever had.From the initial property search to the actual moving, Sonie was very friendly, knowledgable and highly professional - he really listened to our needs and was super reactive, helped us to find the perfect flat - exactly what we were looking for - and was very efficient at negotiating everything.Every little bit was done with an extreme professionalism, attention to detail and thoughtfulness.It was certainly the best experience we’ve ever had with estate agencies.Thank you Sonie! This is the most irresponsible, negligent and incompetent letting agency in the UK. I paid the deposit and first month rent 2 months ago, they happily took my money and by the time I showed up to retrieve the keys of the flat they wouldn’t give them to me. They argue some extra checks that needed to be done, on the day I was supposed to move! I have all my belongings in boxes and scrambling to find a flat. Omar and Alexandra are blaming each other, and no one wants to take responsibility of their blatant negligence. These checks should have been done weeks ago, not on the very same day we are supposed to move.Disgusted by the poor service. They have no idea of what customer service means.

Terrible service. After a letter saying have a valuation in your street. I said yes. Tom came from Foxtons Balham. Very straight forward and he said he would send me a written valuation. A week later an odd telephone call from Foxton and all the questions Tom asked. Theyeither offer a decent service or not?

Phoebe Leslie-Miller helped me find a property quickly and efficiently. She was professional throughout and worked with me to find me the right flat - I couldn't believe it when she told me she was new, from her professionalism and level of service I assumed she had been in the business for years!! If I ever have any property needs again I will come to Phoebe!

Alexandra from Foxtons was very helpful and patient throughout the process of finding somewhere to rent, despite us not being based in London at the time. She went above and beyond and we are very happy with the property!

I worked with Lilah in the Balham office. She was very helpful, got me 5 viewings lined up in 1 day so that I could make a decision and made the phone call to the landlord on the spot to secure the flat.She runs a much better process than most estate agents!
