F’ed up my iPhone 11. Caused me to get stuck in Leeds, when I turn my phone off it doesn’t come back on. It’s on but the screen is black. It’ll vibrate but the screen is completely off. Never going there again. Had to get a whole new phone. They say they’re real iPhone parts they’re not. Do not go here!

Went for help with an old phone and the lady was so nice and helpful. She gave us all the information we needed and a free sim!!!! I can not recommend enough. Such good service

Rude and arrogant sales person. I went back as an item I bought from them broke after 1 month and the sales assistant said I was lucky it lasted that long and wouldn't rectify the issue! I would give the 0 stars if I could. Really poor quality products and even worse customer service.Reply to response: if you correctly remember I said 2 months but after checking my bank statement which I said I'll show you it was one month. I'm sorry but your poor and rude attitude and disrespectful customer service was really uncalled for. You need to do better and no I was not treated with the utmost respect. The staff member literally said that he didn't care about the poor product and unnecessarily aggravated the situation.

You can get most of the mobile items over here at reasonable prices. Also my experience with one of their staff Danish was pleasant.
