Masoud came out promptly when he said he would and was professional and pleasant. He explained the problem with my boiler and had the part that was needed in his van, so no waiting for days for spare parts!. Excellent service and very reasonable price.Definately recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service. Called on a Sunday after my vulnerable mothers boiler started playing up just wanting it checked over for peace of mind. Within 1.5hr he had came out and the issue was solved at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely use again and reccommend and have saved his number in my phone for any future issues.

We phoned Masoud yesterday afternoon with a boiler fault and he was here, diagnosed and fixed the problem and away within two hours. It is the second time we have used his services and all I can say is he is one of the nicest, honest, trustworthy and hardworking tradesman i have met...and I have met a lot! Thoroughly recommend! I would never use any one else!

Our boiler wasn’t working this evening (on the one of the coldest nights) so we called The Newcastle Boiler Maintenance Ltd, Masoud arrived fairly quickly and identified the issue within 10 minutes. He advised the cost and the time it would take to fix. I’m happy to say we can feel the warmth again in the house. Thank you so much for coming out to fix our boiler in such short notice.

We have had some problems with our boiler over the past year and contacted Masoud to help us out. He always arrives within the time frame given, if not earlier and has fixed our problems straight away. He is extremely clean and tidy with his work, very friendly and informative. Masoud is absolutely fantastic in every way. I couldn't recommend him enough.
