Appalling service at this VW dealer. I’ve placed a 5 grand deposit for a vehicle which I was keen on purchasing, however I changed my mind and requested a refund for my deposit. The sales person I’ve been dealing with (Paul) assured me that it will arrive within 5-7 working days. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve still not received a refund, I ring up the dealer and he’s never available - avoid at all costs.

Avoid. Easily the worst garage/sales establishment I've ever been to. Try the Weston branch for better customer service. And I guarantee the follow up reply to this comment will be a one sided, passive/aggressive response, putting blame on the customer.

We would like to thank Marshall’s and Rachel Harvey for the great service provided whilst purchasing our Golf GTE. She answered all our queries promptly and even posted a video for us which explained how to use the infotainment system . Look forward to using their services in the future

I truly can’t even comprehend how this dealership still exists. Ask a question about the new car you purchased, get a YouTube video emailed. Report a potential life threatening fault, had to go via head office to get any kind of resolve. Even then you won’t get a guarantee it’s fixed after 3 weeks. Deal with the after sales manager, don’t even get an email asking how things are a week after return. You’d get better service from Arthur Daley motors. Marshall Volkswagen Bridgwater, you should be ashamed of yourselves

Didn't fix fault after 3 days, and tried to charge a diagnostic fee on a car they sold to me less than 12 months before which was still covered by VW warranty.

Picked up a lovely T-Roc today and had great customer service. Many Thanks

The place is abominable. Don't ever go there. Took my van for a check up left with more problems than I started with. 1 year later . Nothing it's a mobility vehicle for a disabled wheelchair adult, had a coolant leak emergency couldn't get the vehicle looked at for 5 weeks, an emergency....Then got a message needed an MOT couldn't get in for 6 weeks when booked. I've rang the garage 5 times in two years each time the service team are never there. On 3 occasions took my no said they would ring back especially about the coolant never happened. It's unbelievable I'm 55 now had 12 plus vehicles never had such customer service

Horrible customer service! Ordered part, which wasn't needed , and I wanted to return straight away for refund, but i was told they will refund only 80% . They should inform about this before I purchase! Also this place is unsafe for family's with kids because no where to park , and its extremely difficult to drive out of car park!

Polite and welcoming and very accommodating, no pressure sales
